AW16 Trend Report

THE CHILLY SEASON IS HERE and landed fresh in centre and online and I am so excited to share it with you.

I just love the new season trends of chunky knits, grey scale and 70's revival. Also the on point style of the volume sleeve and structured styles. One of the trends that stands out is luxurious, rich fabrics and there is a lot of volume and pops of metallic around (It’s all about texture!) that I have been adding to my wardrobe.

My prediction of the other trends to be big this season are, a soft dark romantic style (lace, lace and more lace), a mix of fem/masc, minimal dressing, and for the weekends/winter getaways a classic layered look with a twist, in a casual chic manner and rustic romantic cabin feel, Then perhaps a throw back to the 90’s with everything that is leather, slip dresses and denim, I plead guilty!!! I just want them all….
